Executive Requirements

• Maintain your GPA you need at least a 2.5 to be a club executive board member

• Work together as a team with your Eboard to host fun, mission driven events to educate and inform your peers!

• Communicate with your advisor

• Maintain compliance each semester

  • At least 2 general meetings

  • At least 1 event each semester

  • 4 active executive board members (president, vice president, secretary and treasurer)

Chief of Staff

Each executive officer of the club may nominate a Chief of Staff to support them in carrying out their executive duties. Chief of Staff nominees must be confirmed by a majority vote of the club. Chiefs of Staff do not have voting power.

• They support their executive board member

• Attend meetings in place of the member

• Debrief the member on agenda items, actions items and more before and after meetings

• Ensure the executive officer is working on the most important items for the club

• Help complete priority items for the executive officer to an appropriate level of quality.

• Keep the executive officer accountable for commitments, while helping keep reports accountable for results.

• Keep the executive officer accessible and open to new ideas and proposals
